★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日木曜にアルベルトの自転車を主人が予約して日曜日に支払いに行く約束をしたのに、土曜日に来客したお客に、予約していた自転車を勝手に店主の判断で売却されました。主人に「自転車はもう売ったからないからね。」と自転車屋さんの店主から電話がきて主人もビックリ！支払いに日曜日いくからと約束したのに違う人に自転車をうるなんてありえない失礼な対応に夫婦で驚きました。予約済みで支払いも日曜日に行く時約束していたのに！頭来て私からもクレーム電話今朝いれました。「すみません」って言われましたが反省してるとは思えない態度、向こうからガチャとすごい音で電話を勝手に切られました。店主の対応の悪さに頭きました。愛想の悪さ、対応の悪さにショックうけました。自転車を楽しみにしていた娘が泣いてました！二度と矢ヶ崎サイクルでは自転車買いに行きたくありません！娘の気持ち、考えたことありますか？お客に対してあんな態度ないですよ！最悪です！気分害しました！
