M	Mariko T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国分寺の高級寿司屋さんで格安ランチ。国分寺に越して来た頃、当時はグルメサイトの存在も知らず、何となくお寿司が食べたくてこちらにふらっと夜に行ってしまい、お会計金額にびっくりしたのを覚えています^_^; それ以来、一度も行ってなかったのですが、ランチもやっていると知って、4人で行ってきました。ランチから握り寿司が頼めますが、3500円～1万円台という価格。。平日ランチ限定のマグロ丼1,080円一択です(^-^;) マグロ丼は、厚切りの赤身と中トロ計7切れ入って、昆布とお漬物、ガリが乗った逸品。はまぐりのお味噌質がまた最高に美味しい。量は少なめですが、自分にはちょうどよく、美味しいお刺身を1枚1枚堪能しました。雰囲気もとても素敵で、お隣は外国人の方の接待をされていました。喜ばれそうですね。ごちそうさまでした～ Cheap lunch at a high-class sushi restaurant in Kokubunji. T	T A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜に伺いました。店内は広々として終始ゆっくりできました。刺身とつまみと握りを頂きました。美味しかったです。一品料理はあまり手を加えず素材を生かした～って感じの調理法で量は少なめです。コースだともう少し創作っぽいのかしら？二人でお会計２万いかなかったのでコスパはいいと思います。個人的には口直しのデザートとか茶碗蒸しがあれば良いのになぁ。 I visited at night. は	はまだゆり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて行きましたが、頼みたい焼酎を頼んだらボトルしかないと言われました。大抵のお店であればグラスもあるはずです。数時間でボトルを飲み干せる訳もなくこちらのお店は常連の方しか好きな焼酎を頼めないのでしょうか。また、コースを注文しましたが、こういったカウンター席もあるお店だと今まで行った事のあるお店であれば苦手な物等をまず初めに聞いてくれます。こちらも言い忘れていた点もありますが、案の定苦手なネタがでてきて食べる事ができませんでした。値段もそこそこあるお店なので気遣いが全くなくとても残念です。 I went there for the first time, but when I asked for the shochu I wanted to order, I was told that there was only a bottle. 1	1 P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ほかの方もコメントありましたが、常連さんと見慣れない客に対する態度が違いすぎて驚きました。店に入ったときの大将の表情が、「見慣れない客が来たぞ」という感じで、よく言われる、一見さんお断りに近い感じを受けました。このことから、おそらく常連だけで経営が成り立つのでほかの客は来なくてもOKという感じなのでしょう。人によっては大将の態度が不愉快に感じるかも知れません。このときはランチメニューも無くディタータイム料金で値段は都心並みですがとても美味しいですので、期待は裏切らないでしょう。接客と味、どちらを優先し期待して行くかですね。ちなみに多分奥さん？は愛想がよかったです。 Others also commented, but I was surprised that the attitude toward regular customers and unfamiliar customers was too different. 佐	佐藤ねりまる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 奥行あるカウンターに開放的なつけ場、清潔感のある店内で安心ですね。店頭に価格表示もあって安心できます。この日はクルマだったのでお酒は呑めずおまかせ握りをいただきました。握り12貫、細巻き、お椀のセットで１貫ずつ握る都度に出してくれました。シャリは温かみがあり、やや粘る食感で新米なのか米の瑞々しさが立つ感じ。次第に温度が落ち着いてくると口内でのバラけ具合も増してきて、序盤と終盤で少し印象が変わりました。タネは大きくマグロも良い素材味。コハダの〆具合や穴子と煮詰めの味はシャリと一体感があって良かったです。大将も寡黙な感じではないのですが、空いていた割にはやけに素っ気なく。この辺は通うと変わるのかもですね。 An open space at the counter with depth, It is safe in a clean store.
