★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賑わいを取り戻す為の再開発ビルであったが、全国の地方主要駅前の再開発ビルにありがちな自治体主導の垢抜けていないショボいビルになり、中のテナントも撤退やスペースを縮小して、大変暗い感じになっていました。
この様子だと、5年もたずして潰れてしまいそうな暗い感じの再開発ビルでした。
