青	青木孝文 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年1月21日(木)にいいむら屋を訪れました。お店の造りはカウンター席とテーブル席、小上がりなどがあります。間口から思っていたよりも広く感じました。客層は老若男女幅広いです。店内ではリズミカルなJ-POPが流れていました。カウンター席に着くと熱い緑茶が出されました。お店の人のにこやかな接客も良いです。厨房からシュワーパチパチという天ぷらを揚げる美味しそうな音が聞こえてきます。ランチメニューの天丼を食しました。味噌汁とお新香がついて税抜960円で税込1056円でした。具材は海老、イカ、シシトウ、インゲン、山芋、サツマイモ、舞茸などでした。タレは濃いめで辛めでたっぷりとかけられています。天ぷらの衣はサクッとして軽く、タレがたっぷりかけられてしなっているところの食感も良いです。海老は噛み締めるほどに味わいがあり、イカは弾力があります。シシトウは清涼感があり、インゲンの味わいも良いです。山芋はサクッと歯が入り清涼な味わいで、サツマイモはホクホクとしていてほのかな甘みがあります。舞茸は、旨味とともに濃厚な味わいがありました。ご飯は硬めで炊き具合も良く食が進みます。お新香は、胡瓜、茄子、人参で塩梅が良くシャキシャキとして風味に清涼感がありました。味噌汁の具材は葱ととろろ昆布のみのシンプルなもので良い出汁が出ています。美味しかったです。 I visited Iimuraya on January 21, 2021 (Thursday).
