そしてスムーズに折り返しが来た試しがなく、こちらから催促する羽目になります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口の利き方がおかしい、半笑いで対応される。全国のダメな奴らがここに集められてるとしか思えない程、やばいのが何人もいる。
この会社とやり取りしたお陰で、管理会社も大事なのだと改めて実感した。何事に関しても対応がひどく2度とやり取りをしたくない。
He speaks strangely and is dealt with with a half laugh. There are so many bad guys from all over the country that I can only think they are gathered here.
Thanks to the interaction with this company, I realized once again that the management company is also important. I don't want to interact with anything again because of the terrible response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理物件に住んでいました。隣がゴミをベランダに大量に放置していてゴミが飛んできて迷惑してた所、うちに「ゴミをなんとかしないと対処する」と手紙が来ました。管理費毎月数千円払ってるのに、現況確認もせずに的外れな対応。すぐに退去しました。ここの管理物件は二度と使いません。
I lived in a managed property. When the neighbor was leaving a large amount of garbage on the balcony and the garbage flew away, it was annoying, and I received a letter saying, "I have to do something about the garbage." Even though I pay a few thousand yen a month for management fees, I do not check the current situation and respond irrelevantly. I moved out immediately. I will never use the managed property here again.
