r	ryo taka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今までに２回利用しました。１回目から２回目まで半年以上空いていたのにオーナーさんが覚えていてくれたそうで、声をかけてくださいました。１回目が最高だったので、２回目も来たのですがやっぱり最高でした。自分の結婚お祝いを友人がしてくれるとのことでワイワイ飲んでいたら、オーナーさんが「なんだかめでたそうなので」と少しサービスしてくださいました。ご飯も美味しいのに、サービスも良いので全て良しです。今は関西に引っ越したので、千葉に戻った際行くのがたのしみです！ I used it twice so far. 鴎	鴎ひめーじ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人気店になってほしくない思いでこの評価です。酒は☆4、肴は☆5、オーナーと板前さんの二人三脚プラス若いスタッフさんが誠実に対応してくれる素晴らしいお店です。かつて先輩とふたり、船橋駅界隈でいい店がないか探していた時に偶然通りがかり、立ち話のように声を掛けられて入店しました。お客は少なく大丈夫かな？と思ったら、炙りしめ鯖は絶品、オーナーの遊び心でテイスティングしてくれた樽入り焼酎もこれまた絶品と、見事に期待を遥かに超えてくれました。それ以来、肴を中心にしつつ呑みたい時に行くお店のNo.1になりました。酒は、私がモルト好きなので偉そうに☆4扱いさせてもらってますが、時に応じたいろんな銘酒が入りますし、文句のつけようもありません。日本酒や焼酎が合わない方には向かないかもしれませんが。肴は、炙りしめ鯖とオススメを出してもらっている感じ。グランドメニューをあまり必要としないですね。あと、刺身の盛り合わせに付くわさびづけのとびっこ。これがまた旨かったりします。次回は締めにスイーツを必ずオーダーしたいと思います。関西に転勤してしまったのでなかなか伺えませんが、またふらっと寄らせてもらいます。だからこそ人気店になってほしくないという。たまにしか来ないくせにアレですが、とっとと駅近に2号店を出してくださいよ。 It is this evaluation because I do not want to become a popular store.
