この時代に指定時間を平気で、しかも何回もとか考えられないです。
追加払ってでもヤマトにお願いしたいと切実に思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話の応答がデジタルのガイダンスのみに変わり、着払いの伝票を依頼したかったが、それが出来なかった。担当者は気持ち良く何度も往復してくれたが、申し訳なくなってしまった。

②先日も二時間オーバーで『時間指定なのに遅くなってすみませ〜ん』ヘラヘラ笑ってた。
③段ボール箱穴空き破損も多い。
この地域の佐川急便は最悪過ぎ。

家にいるのにインターホン押されず(インターホンを押されると履歴が残ります)ずっと荷物届く気配がふとポストを見ると不在票が…。一度その件でクレームの電話を入れたのですが、約1年後またインターホン押さずに不在票だけ入ってました。外国人の方の在籍が多いんですかね？？？
アルバイト、社員どなたが届けているかわかりませんが、研修の一環にインターホンの押し方の教育をお願いします…。
インターホンの押し方がわからないならせめてドアをノックぐらいしてほしかったです。
本当に無駄な時間を過ごしました。
忙しいかも知れないですけど、荷物をお客様の元に確実に届けるのが仕事ですよね？お金をいただいている以上、ちゃんと責任を持って仕事をしてください。
インターホンを押して荷物を届けるなんて小学生でもできます。
あまりこう言う所にクレームなど書きたくないですが、憤りを感じたので今回は口コミ投稿をしました。
今後の対応を期待してます。
