音楽の基礎を向上させたくソルフェージュを学ぼうとお伺いしたのですが、j-popが好きという理由だけでロック系のボーカルの先生(ソルフェージュはできない)を紹介された上に、ボサノバ調の曲を弾いてることをお伝えしたら、「ボサノバはジャズのジャンルであり、各ジャンルに特化している先生しかいないので対応できない。ソルフェージュはクラシックの先生で元々クラシックをやっている人しか受講できない」と後になってメールで入門を断られ、大手楽器店運営の教室を案内されました。案内してくれた方(経営者？)のコミュニケーション能力と対応にいまだ納得がいきません。大変不愉快な経験をさせてもらいました。

When I told him that he was playing, he later said, "Bossa nova is a jazz genre, and there are only teachers who specialize in each genre, so I can't handle it. Solfege is a classic teacher and can only be taken by those who originally played classical music." I was refused the introduction by e-mail and was guided to a classroom operated by a major musical instrument store. I'm still not convinced by the communication skills and response of the person who guided me (manager?). I had a very unpleasant experience.

今まで通っていた都内の教室には初級・中級・上級と言ったテキストが有り、テキストの中の曲しか教えて貰えませんでしたが、この教室にはテキストが無く、先生がどんな曲が弾きたいですか？と聞いて下さったので弾きたかったポップスの曲名を言うと題材がその曲に成りました。先生が手書きで書いて下さった五線紙をファイルした物が自分だけのテキストに成りますので、五線紙のテキストが増えていくのがとても楽しいです。
