まず支払う気はないし、とにかく支払額を減らすことを最大目標としている様です。
そして、支払額を減らすために、あらゆる手段（恫喝の様な）をつかって追い込んできます。
最初は女性が対応してきますが、後々口調の強い男性が担当してきます。
まるで◯◯◯と手口が同じ‥

会社自体で引き継ぎもできない
電話の対応最悪
そもそもあいおい入ってますが
こんなとこに保険金払ってんのが嫌になったんであいおいやめます
とくにここの管轄に先方の保険当たったときはなお最悪です
上司？というか男の電話口はドがつくほどの塩対応なんで気をつけて下さい
自分車屋ですがこんな対応の保険初めてです。
業界関係の僕から見てもここの管轄は最悪です。
