★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低です！当て逃げ犯人(と捕まえた)を庇う始末。警察も呆れてました。普通は当て逃げ犯人が悪にのにお客様と言い出す始末。
車も直さないと言い出してきた。警察が言うには車ディラーがここが壊れてるから直さないとダメと言ったらその通りにするのが普通の保険屋と言ってました。でもここは、馬鹿ばかり話にもならない。謝罪もできない。最低です。
同じ損保でも千葉三課は賢いがここば全く課長からバカばかり。電話かけてきても2時間話しても無駄。損保ジャパンって会社の恥。
加入はやめましょう。
