★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前回クーリングオフに就いて「通販の場合出ないと適応しない」と聞いていた物の、次に来たとき別の職員には「クーリングオフはキャッチセールスの対象である事を聞いた」
こちらの職員の方が詳しい内容の説明があった為信憑性を有するが、職員の認識が曖昧なのにどうして消費者が正しい認識を持つ事が出来ようか
２〜３年で移動となるにしても担当の職場の認識くらいは正しくして貰いたい
What I heard about cooling off last time "I will not adapt if it does not come out by mail order", but when I came next time another employee "I heard that cooling off is the target of catch sales"
This staff member has credibility because he explained the details in detail, but why can consumers have the correct recognition even though the staff member's recognition is vague?
Even if you move in a couple of years, I want you to recognize the workplace in charge correctly.
