I	Isagi Hakurai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四ッ谷と四ッ谷三丁目の中間辺りにある津の守坂通り沿いにひっそりとある喫茶店。店内はアンティーク調のかわいい内装で奥に7人掛けテーブル、手前に二人掛けテーブルが3つほどの文字通り小さな喫茶店。ゆったりとしたボサノヴァが流れる優雅な空間です。粉ものwが自家製という事でコーヒーだけでなくパンとシフォンが売りのようです。今回はhomeriブレンドと自家製バタートーストをいただきました。ブレンドは、ミルクチョコレートのような雰囲気のしっかりしたコクのある中煎りブレンドですが、通常とアメリカンの中間のような絶妙な抽出濃度で苦味を感じさせないとてもマイルドで飲みやすいドリップ。一切のくどさがなく気品すら感じさせる完成品というべき珈琲。カリブ海系の豆の雰囲気に感じましたが、なんというかここ最近のいわゆる喫茶店のブレンドのなかでは頭一つ抜けた美味しさでした。バタートーストは、最近流行りの目がみっちりつまったしっかり系のトーストではなく、空気をふんだんに含んだスポンジのようなトースト。なんだろうお店はフランス風ですがトーストはイメージ的にイギリスパンという気がしました。しっかりと染み込ませた有塩バターの塩気が効いておりブレンドとの相性も抜群です。もし朝からこんな優雅なトーストセットが食べられると最高だなと思える組み合わせでした。しっかりとしたオリジナリティを感じる喫茶店、こういうお店に出会えると幸せですね。 A quiet coffee shop along Tsu Tsu's Morisaka Street, located in the middle of Yotsuya and Yotsuya Sanchome.
