★ ★ ★ ★ ★ センサーの着き具合が悪かったので来てもらったのですが、電球を換えるだけで終わってしまい、拍子抜けだったのかその後の態度が悪く感じました。初めてのことで分からないから来てもらったのに。。一応センサーは新しいのにしていただき、業者さんの作業も丁寧でした。なので他の場所も含めて今後の対応を質問しました。

修理のお願いをしても1度では来ません。
不具合が出ていると連絡をしていたのにも関わらず「そのような履歴はありません」というような会社です。
ここが取り扱う物件ではなところをおすすめします。

先日契約解除のやり取りの中で、契約解除月の翌月分まで引き落としされることになったのですが、東建コーポレーションから「余剰で引き落とした分は返金した方が良いですか？」という謎の質問を受けました。
サービスの質は低いため、管理会社を選択できるなら二度と使いません。

一度では動いてくれないので何度も連絡しますが相手も段々嫌気がさすのか何様なのかって態度で対応、強めの言葉で返すと根に持つのか次に用事があって連絡するとあからさまに横柄な態度で対応されます
何度も連絡されるのが嫌なら一度で動いてみては？
もし、逆の立場だったらどうなんでしょうね
