★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 取り扱っている家具は、他の量販店で売っているものより良いものが多く、品質の割にはお安いと思いますが、配送や組み立て、いわゆる人間力的なところに問題がある会社ではないかと。
実際に購入し、配送から組み立てまでお願いしましたが、ねじの締めつけはゆるゆるで、テーブルはガタつくは、テレビ台の天板は裏返しに取り付けるは、素人か！と言いたくなるような作業をしていきました。
安かろう悪かろうなら、目の前のニトリも安いので、行く手間が一緒にならニトリにいきます。
評価に一つ一つコメントしていく、オーナーさんの姿勢は良いと思いますが、もう少し従業員の人間力、技術力を養う必要があるのではないでしょうか？

NITORIは値段なりの物がおいてあるが、今泉家具は値段以上だとおもう。
二階のフロアは高級家具が中心であり、私のような一般市民には手が出せないものがおいてある

それより1Fの商品点数の多さはびっくりです。
安めからお高めまで家具屋のドン・キホーテかい！と言いたくなるほどの品揃えで、正直、小さい子供のいるご家庭は1Fで良い物を買ったほうが満足度はそこそこあるし後々発狂せずに済むかもしれませんよ？
