★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鎌ケ谷市の市役所以外で選挙投票（当日のみ）出来る場所。普段は市民が予約して各種クラブ活動等に利用している。10x10m程度のホールの他、和室も数部屋ある。図書館の分室もあるが内容は都内の図書館と比較すると今ひとつ。無いよりあった方が良いね的な機能しかないのが残念。
A place where you can vote for elections (only on the day) outside the city hall of Kamagaya City. Citizens usually make reservations and use them for various club activities. In addition to the 10x10m hall, there are several Japanese-style rooms. There is a branch of the library, but the contents are not as good as those of libraries in Tokyo. It's a pity that there are only functions that are better to have than none.

コロナ禍での対策で入り口での手指の洗浄、受付では飛散防止シート、図書はダンボールへ返却。図書室外の入口付近に体温測定の機器があったと思います。
長机が２つ向かい合わせに並べてアクリル板の衝立がありました。学生さんの自習か新聞閲覧席でしょうか。児童図書の周りにも席あったと思います。
入室時の職員さんの声かけ、あいさつ。
本が取りやすい高さになっていてよい感じでした。
目標は携帯電話基地局の「鉄塔」がわかりやすいと思います。
I used the library in the public hall.
As a countermeasure against corona damage, wash hands and fingers at the entrance, shatterproof sheet at reception, and return books to cardboard. I think there was a body temperature measuring device near the entrance outside the library.
There was a tsuitate of acrylic boards with two long desks side by side. Is it a student's self-study or a newspaper reading seat? I think there were seats around the children's books.
Voices and greetings from the staff when entering the room.
It was nice to have a height that makes it easy to pick up books.
I think the goal is to understand the "steel tower" of the mobile phone base station.
