★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浄土宗のお寺さまです。飯田駅から歩いてすぐの所にあります。お寺のくりから見える綺麗なお庭が素晴らしいです。泳いでいる鯉もとても見事です。またこちらには、徳川家康の孫の福姫のお墓があります。
It is a temple of the Jodo sect. It is just a short walk from Iida station. The beautiful garden seen from the temple is wonderful. The swimming carp is also very nice. There is also the tomb of Fukuhime, the grandson of Ieyasu Tokugawa.

福姫(登久姫)の墓所のある寺
登久姫(福姫)は、松平信康(徳川家康の嫡男)の長女。母は徳姫(織田信長の娘)
徳川家康と織田信長を祖父にもつ登久姫。信濃松本藩初代藩主・小笠原秀政の正室。法名は峯高院。
天正4年（1576年）3月、岡崎城で生まれた。登久姫が4歳の時に父が切腹し、翌年に母が美濃に帰ったため、登久姫と妹・熊姫は祖父･家康に養育された。天正17年（1589年）8月、豊臣秀吉の仲介で小笠原氏当主・小笠原秀政と結婚し、秀政との間に六男二女を儲けた。 信濃飯田城にて32歳で死去した。
Hokoji Temple
Temple with the graveyard of Fukuhime (Tokuhime)
Tokuhime (Fukuhime) is the eldest daughter of Nobuyasu Matsudaira (the son of Ieyasu Tokugawa). Mother is Tokuhime (daughter of Nobunaga Oda)
Tokuhime has grandfathers Ieyasu Tokugawa and Nobunaga Oda. The main room of Hidemasa Ogasawara, the first feudal lord of the Shinano Matsumoto domain. The name of the law is Mine Koin.
Born in Okazaki Castle in March 1576. When Tokuhime was four years old, her father was seppuku and her mother returned to Mino the following year, so Tokuhime and her sister, Kumahime, were brought up by her grandfather, Ieyasu. In August 1589, he married Ogasawara Hidemasa, the head of the Ogasawara clan, through the intermediary of Toyotomi Hideyoshi, and earned six sons and two daughters with Hidemasa. He died at Shinano Iida Castle at the age of 32.
