ホットペッパーで予約してますが予約後確認の電話がお店からかかって来るのですが今回はメールのみのやりとりで非常に楽になりました。
料理はいつも通り美味しいです。

鍋も美味いし、締めのパスタが最高に美味しかった。
今度、家でも試したい。
塩味の鍋に、パスタを入れて、煮込んだ後に、生クリームとチーズを投入。
追いチーズを注文すれば、もっと美味しいと思う。
若干、さらっとしてるから、チーズを足したら、とろみも増えて美味しいと思う。
刺身を分厚くて美味しかったし、ほっけも美味かった。
今回は、お魚の4000円コースを頼みましたが、次回は、お肉のコースも食べてみたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまに行くのですが行くたびに味が落ちているような…ボリュームはあると思うのですが、北海道の新鮮さを求めていったら少しがっかりするかもしれません。ただ私の口に合うものが少なかっただけかもしれませんが。

オープンキッチンってところが、ごまかしがきかなくて信頼できます。
今回は1,980円の飲み放題に食べたい料理をオーダーしました。
今が旬のたらきくの天ぷらは絶品！これだけでも大満足！
牡蠣は年中あるようで１個１００円からということで、酒蒸し５個を食べましたが、これはちょっと味がイマイチだったかな・・・
そのあとの食べ物はどれも絶品でした！
ザンギってあんなにしっかり味付けしてあるんですね。ビールがすすんで仕方がなかった(笑)
メニューが豊富すぎて、次来たらこれ頼もうという楽しみができたお店です！
北海道ということでスタッフも日本ハムファイターズのユニホームを着ていたりお皿も北海道の形をしていたりとそういうこだわり好きです。
