予約は受け付けてくれます。
お店に行ってオーダーするとそこから作り始めるので１０～１５分くらい待たされることはよくあります。
お昼時なら近くにたくさんお弁当売りに来るお店もあるんでその辺と天秤にかけながら？

終始ヘラヘラして接客業としてどうなのかとおもいます。
