私が行った時には
店員さん1人で電話対応、調理、レジ
さすがに大変だとは思いましたが、せめて入店時の声かけはあっても良くないでしょうか？
忙しいと、どうしても対応が雑になってしまうのも分かります。
忙しい時間帯だけでも人員増やすとか、何かの対策は必要かと思いますよ。
