メニューは私が住んでいる所にお弁当屋さんにはないその土地限定のメニューがたくさんありました。お弁当屋さんによって違うと思いますがお弁当の容器がとてもしっかりしていて持ちやすかったです！高崎高校近くにあるので行ってみて下さい❗

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アイドルタイムでスタッフ一人の時間帯があるようです。事前に電話予約をしていましたが、予定時間よりも10分ほど遅れての提供でした。ランチ、ディナーにかからない時間帯の注文をする場合、可能であれば状況を確認し、確実に出来る時間を聞くことをおすすめします。あるいは、注文の種類をしぼるなど、作りやすいオーダーにするとスムーズかもしれません。そのような状況もあってか、スタッフの方の電話応対は今一つでしたが、店舗での対応は感じがよかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良い評価には、オーナーから、コメントしているみたいだが、あんな商品でもない物が、入っていたのに、何にもしてこない、文句言っているお客の方が悪いみたい。あと、お客様センターみたいな所に、言っても、何にも解決しない。本部長が対応したのが、当社の対応みたいな事を言われた。日が経っても怒りが、おさまらないです。なんか、何にもなかったんだから、ブツブツ言ってるなと、言われてるみたいです。
やはり、大手の会社には、泣き寝入りしないと、ダメなんですかね？
こんな最低な店が、近所にあるなんて、最悪です。

プラスチックの破片が、鮭弁当に、入っていた。謝罪もなければ、本当に、誠意がみれない。許せない。医者に、行くのも、因果関係がなければ、全部、客が、払わないといけないと、本部長に言われた。
住所も、教えてあるのに、謝りにも来ないし。
ちゃんとした、商品ではないので、返金くらいしてほしいです。
こんな対応のお店は、初めてです。
