１階でドリンクが飲める場所があり待ち時間も比較的過ごしやすいのが良かったです。

先日、母親の葬儀を行いましたが、葬儀が終わったと思ったらスタッフが慌てた様子で駆け寄ってきて、車をぶつけたと言うのです。
行ってみると参列していただいた方の車（２ヶ月の新車）に片付けをしていた社用車が接触していました。
話を聞くとブレーキをかけ忘れて車が動いてしまい、ぶつけたとの事でした。
問題はそのあとです。
保証の交渉をしていると話が付かず、結局は保険屋の提示した修理代と格落ち保証だけで済まされてしまいました。
会社としての道理的責任について誠意をもって対応してほしいと言っても弁護士にお願いしてあるとのことでまったく相手にしてくれませんでした。
結局は泣き寝入りしざるを得ないとので、参列した方には大変、ご苦労、ご迷惑をお掛けしました。
喪主としては顔に泥を塗られた感じです。
皆様はどう思われますか。
このような葬儀社（会社）はオススメできません。
私が死んだ時は絶対に利用しません。
