★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話で予約して予定時間にお伺いしたのですが、鍵が閉まっており誰も居ませんでした。せっかく予約して時間を空けているのにルーズな方で非常に残念です。結局他の美容室に行きました。もう利用することは無いです。
 I made a reservation over the phone and visited at the scheduled time, but the key was locked and no one was there. It's a pity that I'm a loose person even though I made a reservation and have time to spare. After all, I went to another hair dressing shop. I will not use it anymore.
