クレームと真摯に向き合えば現行商品の問題点だけでなく、新商品のアイデアや会社の方針にまで影響することが見えてくるというのに。
また、クレームが発生しても真摯に対応していれば、クレーマーがファンに変わることもある。
しかし、サポートを蔑ろにしているような会社がどんなに良い商品を謳おうが、それは只の欺瞞である。
