It's a Japanese style restaurant so you have to sit on tsutami mats or they can bring a small chair that is quite small. Alternately you can sit on stools at the counter. Very nice family run restaurant. They even have an old photo of Steven Segal with them and him on the wall when he came to Japan some years ago, at a guess at least 20 years ago.
