正直がっかりです…
ピスタチオムースは見えてる表面の部分にしかありません。中にココアスポンジを入れて底上げされていました。
中のスポンジに負けてピスタチオの香りが全然わかりませんでした。
底のチョコムースは分離したようなザラザラの舌触り。
このクオリティでなんで670円もするのか不思議です。
他のケーキは違うのかもしれませんがもう買う勇気は出ないです。

To be honest, I'm disappointed ...
The pistachio mousse is only on the visible surface. I put a cocoa sponge inside and raised the bottom.
I couldn't understand the scent of pistachio at all, losing to the sponge inside.
The chocolate mousse on the bottom has a rough texture that seems to be separated.
I wonder why it costs 670 yen with this quality.
Other cakes may be different, but I don't have the courage to buy them anymore.
