コロナウイルス対策もしっかりしていました。
ただ、お金のことについて不満がいくつかあります。少しの間お世話になっていたのですが、1度も料金について店側から伝えられたことがありません。何を言いたいのかというと、こちらから料金を聞かない限り会計の時まで分からないということです。しかも、同じ内容を頼んでも毎回値段が違います。カラー剤や髪の長さで値段が変わるなら前もって伝える義務が店側にはあるのではないでしょうか。店の売上や施術時間で後から値段を変えているのでは無いのか、客によって変えているのか、客の立場からして不安要素でしかないです。信頼に欠けます。思ってたより時間がかかったから料金上げるというのはさすがにしてないと信じたいです。施術前に「いくらかかります」と料金を伝えて頂ける美容院を探したいと思います。

From the customer's point of view, it is only an anxiety factor whether the price is changed later depending on the sales of the store and the treatment time, or whether it is changed depending on the customer. It lacks trust. I want to believe that it took longer than I expected, so I wouldn't expect to raise the price. I would like to find a beauty salon that can tell me the fee "how much will it cost" before the treatment.
