★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 観葉植物、寄せ植えの花を買いによく行きます！他の店にあまり行かないのですが、安いと思います！店員さんが親切で、専門の方は快く相談に乗ってくれます！たまにイベントしているので気になるのがあればチェックですね！２階のペットも専門の方が親切に相談に乗ってくれますが、忙しい時は専門の店員さんを捕まえるのが難しいかも！！！ゆっくり話を聞きたいときは平日がオススメです！トイレが１階の外の自動販売機より奥にあって、店内で買い物してるときに行くのが少し面倒です(笑)１階にカフェブリッコというマフィン屋さんがあります！季節によってメニューが変わるので楽しみの一つ！ソフトクリームは100円なのにワッフルコーンでバニラ濃厚でとても美味しいです！珈琲もその場で挽いてくれるのかな？とても良い匂いがします！マフィンももちろん美味しいのでぜひ！！

One of the fun because the menu changes according to the season! Soft ice cream is 100 yen but waffle cone is vanilla rich and very delicious! Can you grind the firewood on the spot? It smells very good! Of course muffins are also delicious! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この辺のペットショップの中では品揃えが有るほうなので行くけれど従業員の態度はイマイチ。レジはわりと感じ良い。深江浜のほうが広くて綺麗で感じ良い。
There is a wide selection of pet shops around here, so I go there, but the attitude of the employees is not good. The cash register feels good. Fukaehama is wider, cleaner and more comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、文鳥のヒナを予約注文した。そして入荷連絡をもらい翌日に店舗へ来店するも売切れで1時間前に別のお客さんに販売して、もう文鳥は居ないと言う。一瞬あきれて黙ってしまった。色々ともっと突っ込んで言いたい事や聞きたい事はあったが、店員が無表情で無愛想で、おじぎ程度のすいませんで、まったく誠意も感じられず、きちんとした謝罪も出来ない。すいませんの一言で終わらせる口ぶりでした。
眼鏡をかけた若い男の店員、聞く所によると社員らしいがペットを販売する資格も自覚もない。まったく無責任。家族で相談して購入を決め楽しみにしていたのに裏切られた。信用がない。いい加減な対応で、この店員にショップが残念。責任者を呼んでも不在、電話をかけても対応なし納得は行かないが、だんまりの店員相手に拉致があかず、もういいと言って店をあとにした。
最悪な1日だった。ここでは、二度と買いたくない。

I was betrayed even though I was looking forward to consulting with my family and deciding to purchase. I have no credit. The shop is disappointing to this clerk because of the sloppy response. Even if I called the person in charge, I was absent, and even if I made a phone call, I wasn't convinced.
It was the worst day. I don't want to buy it again here.
