★ ★ ★ ★ ★ せっかくの焼き肉屋さんなのに焼き肉ではなく、牛骨担々麺をいただきましたが、まろやかで旨味たっぷりのスープが美味しく、すべて飲み干してしまいました。
 Although it was a yakiniku restaurant, I had beef bone dandan noodles instead of yakiniku, but the mellow and umami soup was delicious and I drank everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久し振りに本物の焼肉屋さんに出逢いました。肉もそうだし、冷麺も美味しかった。御飯は新潟にしては、もう一息かな。関東以南なら標準以上に美味しいレベル。キムチも美味しかった。これだけ美味しいと、盛岡まで行く必要無いレベル。
After a long time, I met a real yakiniku restaurant. The meat was the same, and the cold noodles were delicious. It would be another breath for Niigata. South of the Kanto region, delicious levels above the standard. Kimchi was also delicious. This is so delicious that you don't have to go to Morioka.

新発田市内のラーメン店を数件周り、全ての店舗で待ち状態。
時間の制約も有り仕方無しにラーメンを諦めつつ、まんてんさんの前を通り掛かると駐車場に空きが有りそのまま入店。
何も下調べをせずの訪問だったので、何がオススメなのかも分からずメニューに目をやると「ラーメンだ（笑）」
とりあえず牛骨こってりラーメンをオーダー。
わりと空いているせいか、10分程で着丼。
まずはスープを一口。
(うまい！)
麺は細縮れ麺でよくスープをまとってくる。
卵が普通にゆで卵だったのは驚きだったが、以外に合う。
あっという間に完飲してました。
まんてんさんは他にもメニューが豊富だったので次回は御飯物など試してみたいです。

First visit
Around several ramen shops in Shibata city, all shops are waiting.
While giving up ramen due to time constraints, when I passed in front of Manten-san, there was a vacancy in the parking lot and I entered the store as it was.
It was a visit without any preliminary research, so I didn't know what to recommend, so when I looked at the menu, it was "ramen (laughs)".
For the time being, I ordered a ramen with rich beef bones.
It took about 10 minutes to get the bowl, probably because it was rather empty.
First, take a bite of soup.

The noodles are crispy noodles and are often covered with soup.
I was surprised that the egg was a normal boiled egg, but it fits other than that.
I drank it in no time.
Manten-san had a lot of other menus, so I would like to try rice next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで平日の12時少し前に行くと先客は3割くらいの入り。店内は広くそれほど混雑する雰囲気はありませんでした。
ランチメニューのラーメンが目的だったので牛骨タンタンメン大盛りにしました。
丼が小さく大盛りだとほとんと麺だけのような状態でスープが少ない印象でした。
そのスープは坦々麺らしいコクと旨味がしっかり出ています。麺は細ちぢれ麺、挽肉とほうれん草のトッピング。
ラーメン屋さんの坦々麺と比べると差は感じますが、焼肉屋さんのラーメンとしてはよく出来てると思いました。
次回は肉系のランチをぜひ食べてみたいと思います。ご馳走さまでした。
If you go for lunch a little before 12 o'clock on weekdays, about 30% of the customers will enter. The inside of the store was large and not so crowded.
The purpose was ramen on the lunch menu, so I made a large serving of beef bone tantanmen.
When the bowl was small and large, it was almost like noodles and there was little soup.
The soup has the richness and umami that is typical of dandan noodles. The noodles are thin noodles, minced meat and spinach toppings.
I feel that there is a difference compared to the ramen shop's dandan noodles, but I thought that it was well made as a yakiniku shop's ramen.
Next time, I would definitely like to have a meat-based lunch. It was a feast.
