中	中村陽子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 伊奘諾神宮すぐ横にあるプリン専門のギャラリーカフェ。趣のある古民家風。プリンは、ブラックとホワイトの二種類あり。ブラックは、しっかりとした硬さで、味はコクがあり舌にまとわりつくような濃厚さ。ほろ苦いキャラメルソースがよく合う。珈琲も香り、味が楽しめる。甘いプリンに合うかとブラジルを選んだ。ブラジルコーヒーは、酸味が少なく苦味が際立ち、後味スッキリで好みの味だった。プリンが出てきた時点でお皿を含めビジュアルに感動し、写真を撮るのも忘れて食べてしまった。温もりのある器も建物全体の雰囲気も味わい深い。伊奘諾さん詣りの帰りには、またふらりと寄って静かな時間を過ごしたい場所。 A gallery cafe specializing in pudding next to Izanagi Shrine. A quaint old folk house style. There are two types of pudding, black and white. Black has a firm hardness and a rich taste that clings to the tongue. The bittersweet caramel sauce goes well with it. You can enjoy the aroma and taste of coffee. I chose Brazil to see if it would suit sweet pudding. Brazilian coffee had a low acidity and a pronounced bitterness, and had a refreshing aftertaste and was a favorite taste. When the pudding came out, I was visually impressed with the dishes and I forgot to take a picture and ate it. The warm vessels and the atmosphere of the entire building are very tasty. A place where you want to stop by and spend a quiet time on your way home from Izanagi Shrine.
