店内は厨房が良く見えるスタイリッシュなカウンター席と、奥に個室が１室。
今回はランチコースを頂きました。
店主のとても丁寧な仕事を目の前で鑑賞でき、料理が完成するまでの時間も五感で楽しませてくれます。
一品一品が洗練されており、一口食べればその情熱を感じ取る事ができるでしょう。
旬な食材を活かしきった素晴らしいコースでした。

大人数には向かないため、友人知人と、大切な人と、一人飲み向き。

季節の素材が使われていて、お料理を通して季節を感じられます。一品、一品出汁を変えられていたり、調味料まで拘られていて、、まさに職人の味！日本酒の種類もたくさんあって、どれも本当にセンスが良い！(^^)お料理に合わせて、ペアリングして下さいます！

フォアグラの茶碗蒸しが美味しかったです。上には人参の餡がかかっています。
料理が出てくるスピードはちょうど良く、お酒を楽しみながらゆっくり食事ができます。料理のボリュームは女性でもまだ食べられるくらいの余裕があるのでもう少し刺身の量が多かったら嬉しかったです。
料理のボリュームとお値段を比較すると星3つくらいです。

The foie gras chawanmushi was delicious. Carrot bean paste is on the top.
The speed at which the food comes out is just right, and you can enjoy your meal while enjoying alcohol. The volume of the food is large enough for women to eat, so I was happy if I had a little more sashimi.
Comparing the volume of food and the price, it is about 3 stars.
