他のマンション管理士の方に同じ相談をして、セカンドオピニオンと思いこちらにもお電話しました。
私の相談を担当してくださった方は、正直申し上げて、最初のマンション管理士の方よりも法的知識等が乏しい印象を受けました。
短い時間で多くの利用者を捌かなければならず、無料で相談を受けてくださっているので贅沢は言えませんが、腑に落ちるご助言はいただけませんでした。
ただ相談者によっては、納得のいく助言が得られると思います。
