1時間ほど待たされ
挙句に呼ばれたら
待たされるのが嫌なら他の所に行けと言われた

接客業なのではと思う。

病院の会計で待っている間に、処方箋の写真をアプリで撮って送信しておけば、病院の会計が終わって、薬局に着いて間もなく薬を受け取れます。
アプリにより、待ち時間が大幅に減ったので星５としました。
I use the Pinocchio Pharmacy app to finish the checkout without waiting.
If you take a picture of your prescription with the app and send it while you are waiting at the hospital checkout, you will be able to receive your medicine shortly after you arrive at the pharmacy after the hospital checkout.
