★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナの特例で総合支援の相談に行った時、申請の時すごく性格の悪い女性が2名いらっしゃいました。
1人モデルのような方はとても親身で丁寧でしたがあと2人が問題。
生活が大変だから行ってるのに、上から目線、ここじゃ書き物できません。15時までにと。
冷たい対応されました。県の方に日時を書いてクレーム入れたいとおもいます。
そういう人を担当にしないでください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職員の方はきちんと仕事をしてくれて話も聞いてくれている。ただ、受付時間が就労者には厳しい。仕方ないのかもしれないが。
場所が分かりづらく、施設に入っていく道も狭いので、訪問時には注意が必要。
The staff are working properly and listening to me. However, reception hours are difficult for workers. It may be unavoidable.
The location is difficult to understand and the road to the facility is narrow, so be careful when visiting.
