T	T U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 弟の紹介で建築していただきました。超優良工務店です。外観デザインや間取りを希望にそってより良く設計していただけました。住宅性能についてもこれ以上ないくらい良いものを作っていただけて大満足です。ここにお願いするまでにハウスメーカーや工務店など相当数見てきましたが、ここで建ててもらいたい！と思ったのはm建さんだけです。 (下記、住み始めてからのレビューです) 完成後住み始めて10ヶ月ほどになりますが、断熱性能や機密性が非常に高く(47坪で0.3計測時密封なし)、計画換気もしっかりされており、吹き抜けでも夏はよく冷え、冬はとても暖かく快適に過ごせています。外壁についても光セラを使っていただけたので、白を中心とした外壁にすることができました。また住宅に関わる費用についても、長期優良住宅であることや、保険料についても高い耐震性能や耐火性能などから非常に助かっています。アフターフォローもきめ細かで、いつも快く対応していただけます。つい先日もお力になっていただけました。やはり、なによりも大きいのは社長ご夫妻とスタッフのみなさんのお人柄だと思います。素敵な家を建てていただいて本当にありがとうございます。これからも末永くよろしくお願いいたします。 I was introduced by my younger brother to build it.
