★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が良くない。説明不足。不愉快なことを言われ、クリーニングが入ったはずの部屋が汚い。もうここで契約することはないと思う。
The correspondence is not good. lack of explanation. I was told something unpleasant and the room where the cleaning was supposed to be was dirty. I don't think I will make a contract here anymore.

良い条件の物件があっても、ここでの契約は本当にオススメしません。

気になる小さなことも親身に細かく対応してくれ、色んな面で安心しとても良い条件で契約を結ぶことが出来ました。
※きっと担当者によって対応が大きく変わるのかなととても感じました。(きっとどこの不動産でも同じかな？)
Bad：メールでのやり取りでしたがエラーが多かったですね、少し手こずる点がありましたがその度担当者からお電話頂き対応してました。(電話が苦手でメール主流の方には気になる点かもです。)

He took care of small things that I was worried about, and I was relieved in various aspects and was able to conclude a contract under very good conditions.
* I really felt that the response would change greatly depending on the person in charge. (Maybe it's the same for any real estate?)
Bad: I exchanged emails, but there were many errors. There were some difficulties, but the person in charge called me each time and responded. (It may be a point of concern for those who are not good at telephone and are mainstream email.)
