★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日受診して病状改善せず再受診しようと伺いましたが、ここは完全予約制ですので…と冷たい応対。そんなこと前回受診した時には全く説明ありませんでした。壁のどこかに貼り紙でもしてあったのでしょうか？診てあげるけど次からは予約してくれと何かこちらが悪いような言い方。この先ストレスがたまりそうなので取り止めです。もう最悪！
The other day, I visited the clinic and asked to return to the clinic without improving my condition, but since it is a complete reservation system, I received a cold response. There was no explanation for that when I visited the clinic last time. Was there a sticker somewhere on the wall? I'll see you, but I'll ask you to make a reservation next time. I'm going to get stressed in the future, so I'll cancel it. The worst!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも混み合ってるようです。なので予約制にするのは当然のように思います。先生もスタッフの方も雰囲気は良く、対応はいいと思います。わが家はいつもお世話になってます。
It always seems crowded. So it seems natural to make a reservation. The atmosphere is good for both the teacher and the staff, and I think the response is good. My home is always taken care of.
