★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅の相談に伺い、受付の女性の方は礼儀正しく営業担当者も土地から提案して下さり、気になる土地の話しをしたら直接地主さんと交渉して頂きました。住宅も規格住宅にもかかわらずだいぶ無理な間取り変更や増築を要望をしましたが丁寧に対応頂き全て取り込んで頂き感謝しています。この会社に頼んで良かったです。
I asked for advice about the house, and the lady at the reception politely suggested the sales person from the land, and when I talked about the land I was interested in, I asked him to directly negotiate with the landowner. Even though the house is a standard house, we requested a change in the floor plan and an extension that were not possible. I'm glad I asked this company.
