どこの施設に行っても、職員がご入居様のおやつを一緒に食べる施設なんて見たことありませんでしたが、教育体制がなってなくて幻滅しました。
The staff eats the tenant's snack.
No matter where I went to the facility, I had never seen a facility where the staff would eat the treats of the tenants together, but I was disillusioned because the education system was not in place.

5月 開設☆で 実母が入居できました。
特養は 待機者が多いので諦めていました
実母は五年間 有料居宅老人ホームにて過ごしていましたが‥……
今回 新緑の郷に入居し 職員の皆様の対応が以前の有料居宅老人ホームとは雲泥の差を母．家族共々 実感しました。
