山	山中山 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近オープンしたばかりのお店みたいです。蒜山に行った時に昼食で寄らせてもらいました。民家を改造したような感じで、中は広々した畳のお座敷があります。暖房がしっかり効いていてとても暖かいです。外には家庭菜園？の畑が見えたりして落ち着きます。シンプルな温かいお蕎麦を注文しましたが、なかなかにおいしい！上に乗った白髪ネギがいい感じ。メニューを見ると居酒屋メニューも結構あるみたいです。夜は飲みでも使えそうなお店ですね。 It looks like a store that just opened recently. Looking at the menu, it seems that there are quite a few izakaya menus. It's a shop that you can use for drinking at night.
稲	稲井雅章 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 表通りから見ると「営業中」のノボリが出てるだけで、どういう店なのかも良く判りませんが、実は古い民家を改築して最近出来たお店でした。何か田舎住まいのお宅にお呼ばれして食事してるような感覚です。お腹が空いてたので、焼きそばと、和そば（温）を頂きました。焼きそばは、蒜山風の甘辛味、和そばはオーソドックスな出汁でコシのある細麺。冷でも食べてみたい。 Looking from the main street, it's just that there is a "open" nobori, and I'm not sure what kind of store it is, but in fact it was a recently opened store by remodeling an old private house. It's like being invited to a rural house to eat. I was hungry, so I had yakisoba and Japanese soba (warm). Yakisoba is Hiruzen-style sweet and spicy, and Japanese soba is orthodox soup stock and chewy thin noodles. I want to eat it even if it's cold.
