★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small but functional port. Lots of destinations, basic facilities with restrooms, simple restaurants, and places to sit. Wonderful view of Hiroshima harbor and the islands. Fast way to get to miajima if you are in this part of hiroshima

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a ferry terminal for Etajima, Kure, Ehime and a lot of small island in the internal bay. It’s so clean and a lot of seats for rest. It’s good. You can take a lunch and buy some snacks at Kiosk! There are restaurants. Besides you can have a Indian curry! The transportation connection is good to get to the centers of Hiroshima city! Good!

(+) Ferry service to a variety of islands. Vessel options include ferries (the ones that cars can board) and SuperJets.
(+) Basic amenities: bathrooms, small kiosks that sell drinks, snacks, souvenirs, etc.
(+) Plenty of seats to wait. Face the harbor/ port, so nice for people watching and the view.
(+) Hiroshimako Sambashi tram station. Direct route to JR Hiroshima Station and access to other parts / districts of Hiroshima.
(+) If you have time, explore the park near the port / station. It's nice with lots of open space.
