案内をしてくれる係の方は親切でした 男性の銀行員は明らかにめんどくさそうな態度での対応が一度ありましたが、基本ATMしか使わないのでそのへんは別にどうでもいいです 要望としてはATMの小銭を入れるところを閉まるのもうちょっと余裕がほしい、もしくは自分でボタンでも押して閉められるようにしてほしい 混雑時間帯は駐車場も満車でATMも列が結構できます

最低の対応! ATM付近にいた男性行員、意地でも機械の方に行かせたいようでこちらでも手続き出来ますと誘導してるが窓口でしかできない処理なのを聞きもせずに案内しやがる不親切な対応!しかも機械でできないと知るやあっそーですか❗みたいなあり得ない対応!ホントに銀行員か! 窓口の女も機械の方ばかりを早く終わるからと勧めるが外まで並んでいてなぜそっちが早いと言い切れる‼️状況をみてやれ❗ あまりにも自分達が楽することばかりしか考えてない対応に腹が立つ‼️ 銀行員だったからこそそのくらいの処理にそんなに時間がかかるわけがないのにわざとのように長い時間待たされたのも腹が立つ‼️二度とこの銀行は利用しない‼️

応対悪すぎ!!定期を作りに行ったら入り口で男女の行員2人に大声で聞かれた!!どちらか一人が普通の声で話かけたら聞こえるだろ!!。椅子に腰掛けて書類に記入していたらまたしても入り口の行員が立ったまま説明に来た!!威圧的な応対としか出来ない銀行だった。
