部屋もまあまあの広さ、バス・トイレ別、二口コンロで単身者の生活には不便ないです。
管理人さんもおりますし、DVDや雑誌の貸し出しが行われており便利です。
難点は、とにかく御堂筋の車通りが煩いこと！！
窓を開けるとすごい音です。
また排気もすごいので外にせんたくものは干しづらいです。
階、部屋によって多少変わるかもしれませんが、
私が住んだときはちょうど御堂筋の高さと同じ階数、御堂筋に近い部屋の位置取りで、本当にうるさく、防音カーテンを付けていました。
