★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 島本町の美味しいお水で、国産の大豆を使って丁寧に作られた美味しいお豆腐屋さんです！
お豆腐はもちろん美味しいのですが、おからやひろうすも美味しいですね～。
個人的には、季節限定販売されている「特上ひろうす」（※ぎんなんやユリ根が入ってます）や
お昼の１２時頃に揚げたての「おからドーナツ（１個３０円）」が好きです～！
おからドーナツは、食事制限があるお子さんでも食べられるとのことで
固定客がたくさんいらっしゃるようです(*^o^*)

Tofu is of course delicious, but Okara and Hirousu are also delicious.
Personally, “Special Hiros” (* Ginnan and Lily Roots) are sold seasonally.
I like "Okara Donuts (30 yen each)", freshly fried around 12:00 noon!
Okara donuts can be eaten by children with dietary restrictions

豆腐には醤油がつきものだとずっと思ってましたが、ここのおとうふには必要ありません。
美味しくてリーズナブルな素晴らしい豆腐店です！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝一番に伺うと出来立ての豆腐や湯葉が少しずつ陳列されている所でした。
おつまみ湯葉・木綿豆腐を買ってみました。
湯葉はまだ温かくて、冷めぬうちに食べてみたら甘くてクリーミーでとても美味しかったです。
こだわって仕入れておられる大豆やニガリで出来立て豆腐、安心して頂けました。
また色々なお豆腐買おうと思います！
When I first visited in the morning, fresh tofu and yuba were displayed little by little.
I bought snacks Yuba and cotton tofu.
Yuba was still warm, and when I tried it before it got cold, it was sweet, creamy and very delicious.

おすすめは普通の豆腐より濃いめの豆乳で作られた寄せ豆腐。人気商品なので夕方には大体売り切れちゃってますが、大豆の甘みが濃いのでハチミツやメイプルシロップ、黒蜜なんかと合わせると絶品スイーツになります。
厚揚げや薄揚げ、お惣菜も美味しいので、近くに住んでいたらぜひ行ってみてください。たまに売ってる有機野菜も甘くてめちゃウマですよ。
