藤	藤M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年間ボランティアをさせていただいておりました。先生方の子供達への接し方、向き合い方は凄く勉強になりました。毎回凄いなと感動するのが、｢ダメ｣等と注意するのではなく、違う言葉で興味を反らせたり、一人一人に合った接し方をされているところ。｢そういう方法もあるんだ！｣｢別の視点を持つ事でこんなにも言葉掛けって変わるんだ！｣と色んな事を学べて凄く楽しかったです。また、先生方は｢ここは子供達の家だから｣と話していました。家だから、愛情たっぷり。子供達が過ごしやすいように、という想いが普段の言葉掛けや接し方にも現れていました。ご飯も手作りおやつも凄く工夫されていましたし、調理師さんもみんな子供達との関わりを大切にされていて、乳児院は本当に温かいところだな、と思います。里親支援制度もどんどん広がってほしい。先生方も、子供達の未来も、応援しています。 I have been volunteering for several years. I learned a lot about how to treat and deal with the children of the teachers. What impresses me every time is that instead of paying attention to "no good" etc., I distract my interests with different words and treat each person in a way that suits them. It was a lot of fun to learn various things, such as "There is such a method!" And "By having a different perspective, you can say so much and change!" The teachers also said, "Because this is a children's house." Because it's a house, I have a lot of love. The idea of making it easier for children to spend time was also reflected in their usual words and ways of dealing with them. The rice and handmade snacks were very devised, and all the cooks valued the relationship with the children, so I think the infant institution is a really warm place. I want the foster parent support system to expand steadily. We support the future of teachers and children.
