★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親族がこちらでお世話になっていますが、中の職員の質がとても悪いようです。
なにか頼み事をすると嫌な顔をすることがあったり、強い口調で「それくらいできるでしょ」と言ったりするそうです。
気持ちがわからない職員ばかりだそうで、会いに行くたびに元気がなくなる親族が気の毒です。
入所させたことを後悔…。
とにかく職員がころころ変わります。親族が頼りにしていた職員も辞めていってしまったそうです。
おすすめしません。家族が大事なら絶対入れるべきでない施設です。
外もいつまでたっても草しか生えていない花壇です。そんな手入れどころではないのでしょうね。
