敬老会は時間が早くて参加できませんでしたが、家族会に参加しました。
スライドショーはイベントの写真、試食会は入居者と同じものだそうです。(１家族で１個)
普段ミキサー食の方にも目で見て楽しめるように形を作ってくれたようで、喜んでいました。
手間がかかるのでイベントの時だけって言ってましたが、それでも家族も嬉しいです。
お誕生日会や交流会、１月は餅つき&書き初め、３月はお花見&ひな祭り、５月は運動会、７月は七夕…などイベントをやってくれます♪
100人の入居者に対して46人(ぐらいだったかな？)のスタッフが交代で見てくれてるそうです。
別棟には病棟もあり、体調が悪くなっても安心です。
建物は古いですが…笑笑

I couldn't attend the Keirokai because it was too early, but I attended the family meeting.
The slide show is a photo of the event, and the tasting party is the same as the resident. (1 for 1 family)
I was delighted that he made the shape so that people who usually eat in a blender could enjoy it visually.
I said it was only at the event because it takes time, but my family is still happy.
Birthday parties and social gatherings, January is the beginning of rice cake making & writing, March is the cherry blossom viewing & Hinamatsuri, May is the athletic meet, July is the Tanabata ... etc.
It seems that 46 (or so?) Staff take turns watching for 100 residents.
There is also a ward in the annex, so you can rest assured if you feel sick.
The building is old, but ... lol
