水曜日は白米を無料で炊き込みご飯に、金曜日は十六穀米に替えて貰えます。配達注文は、当日午前10時迄に電話ファックス。千円以上買ったら無料配達してくれます。だだし、阿賀、広、仁方以外は配達料300円かかります。チラシには9時から営業となってます。
美味しくて、安くて安心してかえます。揚げ物ばかりで無いのがありがたい。
前、労災病院の売店にありましたが、電車からお店を見つけられて、行きました。
You can buy boiled mackerel, grilled salted mackerel, ginger-grilled mackerel, hamburger steak, etc. for 380 yen, and salmon bento for 420 yen. You can buy Makunouchi lunch for 570 yen.

It's delicious, cheap and safe to return. I'm grateful that it's not just fried food.

ハンバーグ弁当しか残っていなかったのが残念でしたが、380円という値段に驚きました
お弁当は机に平積みされているようで
ご飯は支払い時にパックに入れるため
温かいものが食べられます
副菜にほうれん草のおひたし、卵焼き
あと、シーチキンと白菜を煮たもの？
どれも、あっさりしていて美味しかったです
メインのハンバーグは
ソースはケチャップソースのような味ですが
ハンバーグじたいは、副菜と同じように
優しい味のものです
お店には駐車場が隣に１つありますが
お店の車が停まっているため
店の前に停めるしかないようです
