★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「古民家風の家」を考えて色々調べていて、wabikaさんの施工例の写真出会いました。
担当してくださった社長さんは丁寧に話を聞き、こちらの趣味・嗜好をよく理解した上で設計プランを立ててくださりました。
施工現場では、現場監督さんや職人さんがこちらの質問にいろいろ答えてくださり、素人でも安心して見守らせていただきました。
実際に住みはじめてひと月ほど経ちますが、とても快適に暮らしています。今のところ特に工事の不備は見つからず、丁寧なしごとをしていただけたのではないかと思います。
家づくりをwabikaさんにお願いして、本当に良かったと思います。

It's been a month since I started living, but I'm very comfortable. So far, I have not found any deficiencies in the construction work, and I think that you could have done the work carefully.
I asked wabika to build a house and I think it was really good.

我が家はコスト面で制約があったので、色々とご苦労をおかけしてしまったと思います。
しかし、家としてのクオリティーを下げることなく、且つWABIKAさんらしいセンスの良さも盛り込んだ素敵なお家に仕上げてくださいました。
上記を実現させるためには、施主側も、譲れない部分とコスト優先の部分（＝工務店側の提案を受け入れる）をきちんと線引きして臨むことが大切だと思います。（我が家は結局、ご担当のKさんが敏腕すぎてALL希望通りになった心地デス！）
希望とコストのすり合わせを何度も重ねていくことは本当に大変だったかと思いますが、いつも親身になって話を聞いてくださるので、打ち合わせに行くのが毎回とても楽しみでした。
また、家造りに関連する業者さん（電気配線や水道など）も皆さん良い方で、特に棟梁のTHE職人！なお人柄とお仕事ぶりが工務店の良さを物語っていたと思います。
WABIKAさんに建てていただくことができ、本当に良かったです。

Since my home was limited in terms of cost, I think that I had a lot of trouble.
However, he did not lower the quality of the house, and made it a nice house that incorporates the good taste of WABIKA.
In order to realize the above, I think it is important for the owner to properly delineate the part that cannot be handed over and the part that prioritizes cost (= accepting the proposal of the contractor). (In the end, Mr. K, who was in charge of my house, was too agile to make ALL as desired!)
I think it was really difficult to reconcile hope and cost over and over, but I was always looking forward to going to meetings because they always listened to me in a friendly manner.
In addition, all the contractors related to house building (electrical wiring, water supply, etc.) are also good people, especially the craftsman of the builder! I think that personality and work performance showed the goodness of the construction shop.
It was really nice to have WABIKA build it.

家を建てると言うのは多くの選択を迫られ、決定するのに沢山サポートしていただきました。
喫茶店の様な素敵なスタジオでのスタッフの方の対応が良かったです。
