西	西園寺芹香 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホームページに記載されている通りの坪単価ですね。この仕様でこの価格は安くて良いと思います。我が家はインナーガレージにインナーバルコニーとコスト掛かる仕様ですがまぁそれほどアップにはなりませんでした。基本仕様はありますが、設備の変更もなんでもいけますしサンワカンパニー製のも何点か入れました。構造体ですが基本集成材ですが無垢もいけるそうです。そりゃ全てが満足ではありませんが概ね満足してます。造作棚の寸法が打ち合わせした時とちょっと違うとかガレージのコンクリ床の仕上がりが一部雑とかかな(笑) コーラルさんの前に地元で長くやってる建設会社に見積りしてもらいましたが500万は高かったですよ。しかもコーラルさんの方が制震や断熱等良いと思います。もちろん同じような仕様でですよ。いろいろな業務を社長である石原さんがこなしているので忙しいとちょっとレスポンスが悪くなりますね。なので平日対応できる方は平日が良いかと。長々と書きましたがお勧めできるビルダーさんだと思います。 It is the unit price per tsubo as stated on the homepage.
