ガトーショコラ、しっとりしたチーズケーキ、タルトタタンがセット770円～880円で選べるコーヒー専門店。豆も購入可能。
春に運がいいと桜が目の前に広がる席でコーヒーを楽しめる最高のお店。
 The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with a friendly clerk and a second floor.
A coffee shop where you can choose a set of gateau chocolate, moist cheesecake, and tarte tatin for 770 yen to 880 yen. Beans can also be purchased.
If you are lucky in the spring, you can enjoy coffee at the seat where the cherry blossoms spread out in front of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 弘前大学の敷地にあり、正門で手続きすると駐車場も利用できます。コーヒーの淹れ方に難があるのかコーヒーそのものは気に入りませんでしたが店内の雰囲気はとても良かったです。ここの説明を読むと弘前とコーヒーの関係と歴史がすごく良くわかります ( ^ω^ )
Located on the grounds of Hirosaki University, you can use the parking lot by completing the procedure at the main gate. I didn't like the coffee itself because of the difficulty in brewing coffee, but the atmosphere inside the store was very good. If you read the explanation here, you can understand the relationship and history of Hirosaki and coffee very well (^ ω ^)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時間調整に、以前から行きたかったこちらのお店を利用。平日の夕方からなのでしょうか、空いていました。
レトロな雰囲気のお店でした。１階だけしか見ませんでしたが、２階も明かりがついているから利用できるのかなぁ
Use this shop that I've always wanted to visit to adjust the time. Maybe it was from the evening of weekdays, it was vacant.
It was a shop with a retro atmosphere. I only saw the 1st floor, but I wonder if it can be used because the 2nd floor is also lit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二階席を利用しました。大きな桜の木があり、三分咲きでしたが桜を楽しみながら、珈琲とケーキセットをいただきました。
チョコレートケーキは濃厚で深みのある味で、甘すぎず美味しかったです。
珈琲も香りも良く、適度な酸味があって美味しかったです。
車は、弘前大学正門で駐車券を頂いて、大学構内駐車場が無料で利用することができます。(お店は駐車場から徒歩１分)
I used the second floor seats. There was a big cherry tree and it bloomed for three minutes, but while enjoying the cherry blossoms, I had a coffee and a cake set.
The chocolate cake had a rich and deep taste, and it was delicious without being too sweet.
The coffee and fragrance were good, and it had a moderate acidity and was delicious.
For cars, you can get a parking ticket at the main gate of Hirosaki University and use the parking lot on the university campus free of charge. (The shop is a 1-minute walk from the parking lot)
